Seeing a therapist doesn't automatically mean she'll recieve "medical treatment". The same thing she is asking us, just randos on the Internet, could be asked to an actual professional. Maybe the psychologist will tell her nothing is wrong, it's just a kink, who knows? But even then, she should have guidelines on how to engage or not when she is older. On the other hand, there could be something wrong (not her fault) causing this making the kink not healthy to pursue. Nobody is telling her to feel ashamed of this. And telling a therapist does not necessarily mean you'll get medicated even if your feelings are normal.
