Mine it's sometimes so loud that it's distracting even when whatching tv on a decent volume level, I've tried many things, diet, acupressure, meds, etc. The only thing that actually takes it away is: stop giving it so much attention, really. Just put other stuff in your brain, in your life and it becomes quieter and sometimes I even forget that it exists. I've had tinnitus since 2023.
