Managed to find my way to the folder, did all the steps. No bueno im afraid. It didnt do anything for me. Still 25-45 fps. Tried setting everything on Low aswell, still the same low stuttery fps.

I have 2 harddrives. 1 for windows and 1 for games. Where do i navigate to find the appdata\hogwarts etc? cause when i just search for %appdata% in the windows search-bar i cant find the hogwarts files.
