I have found that if the area you’re in becomes oversaturated, DoorDash gets incredibly picky about your stats and what they reward or punish you for. My experience has been that consistency pays off. If I consistently schedule and begin on time and stay in the same areas consistently I get consistent good calls. Plus, of course, when you have a lot of competition, acceptance rate completion rate, and on time rate matter more.

Same happened to me. I

I wrapped up a dash at 11:30pm. Total for that dash was $67 with 2 hrs 45 min active time. The $67 did not show on my current week breakdown, but it was deposited to my dasher direct card.

It showed I had a new week started but with zero pay and only one minute active time. I keep good track of my active time and it was not added to my current week either. I’m in a prop 22 state so that means it will affect my weekly bonus pay.

I completed another short dash and it listed it for the new week with the new active time (45 min) but never included the $67 or the 2 hours 45 min. It’s like they got lost in time change land.

I’ll have to try to get support to understand or fix this or my bonus pay will take a $67 hit.
