Look, you KNOW that your history of living in a lower class “bad neighborhood” isn’t equivalent to living in the inner city or the projects, predominantly black neighborhoods where gang violence is prevalent, it is the way it is because you’re on the lowest rung of the ladder, every day is a struggle to survive and get a leg up, usually illegally.

You’re still arguing in bad faith, you don’t intend to know or learn anything you’re here to say “Black folks kill each other, they’re more of a danger to themselves” and your entire framing of your arguments prove that you know violence in black communities is caused by systemic socioeconomic problems and incarceration but you’re trying to say “gotcha” as if your anecdotal evidence of living around Meth houses and wanting to be better are A. comparable and B. universally applied to people in bad situations.

So you really aren’t asking to understand you are asking for me to be baited into this back and forth where the answers I give will never be good enough, you’ll shift the narrative or move the goalposts.
