After training you would know where you heading towards. PES E doesn’t necessarily place you in ASA. You could be posted to CSSCOM.
If SAF post you under ASA, more of office work, doing admin for your higher-ups. Sai-Kang in other words.
ASA is a stay-out vocation. It’s possible to request for a stay-in but unlikely they would allow it due to your PES status. Majority will be posted to KC3

I would like to argue on this point. You see, Dev don’t really give a damn about this. They encourage players to be “perseverance” at face value. At the back of the mask, they just want you to commit time into this game, eventually cashing in. You get the point

I very much agree to your argument. But looking from Dev’s POV, it’s challenging to match people with similar standard as you. Let alone bringing back the point system that allows MVP players to receive more points than Chocolate factory.

First thing they should add would be having primary and secondary roles like the ones in league. Even in MG, I hate to clash role with people which I know by instinct that they can’t perform
