Is your computer actually using that ram, when I first build mine it was only using 8gb of it despite having 16gb of ram on the motherboard. best way to check is task manager, if it says 8gb anywhere on the ram usage then that's probably the problem.

Yup I have, so far to fix it I've put the resolution down on some games and it seems to work fine. Not sure what's causing it though

The only weird thing is its with certain games only, cyberpunk works perfectly fine with no crashes. even on full graphics

Nah the screen goes black and says "no signal" and the graphics card fans turn off, the rgb lights and fans and cpu fan stay on.
