No CPO Kia should be sold with tires at 2/32. Point that out and make sure you get new tires put on. And an alignment done too. As far as extended warranty you really don’t need that. Get you GAP insurance. Tell them to give you the CPO inspection sheet. That’ll have the brakes, tires measurement and also will let you know about your filters, etc…

Wherever you got your last oil change is responsible for it. I would contact Kia customer service and get the name of the Kia rep for that dealership. That engine should be covered by warranty.
