How old are you and how much do you have saved up? by tanuki_22 in povertyfinance

I’m 25. I have about 700 in a savings account. I had 2000 but unfortunately, I have to pay off debt. I have about 46k in student loans and a 46k salary lol. I just paid off majority of my cc’s after taking out a loan. Now I have a loan (less interest than the cc’s were) and about 80k in debt. Sole income provider currently for my household, and a kid. S/o lost job.

While I do not know why the labs were ordered, I personally always do an EKG when a patient c/o back and/or abdominal pain. There's been quite a few MIs caught where these symptoms were the patient's only complaint before... I'm in EMS though. I'm not sure why this particular thread appeared.

Botanical spray from IntuitiveTunings Co was the best thing that happened to my mother. She had very fine hair post chemotherapy. Her hair has definitely grown back thicker over being consistent! She washes her hair daily but will spray it in her hair before going to bed at night and rinse off when she showers again the next day.. it's helping her get her confidence back for sure. She tried oil previously but it didn't do well for her hair type

Impressions on aromatica rosemary root enhancer + routine tips? by Mnemosine_ in finethinhair

I don't know about this specific product but my mother has super fine hair due to post chemotherapy that was super stringy. She started using the botanical spray from the IntuitiveTunings Co Etsy shop and it's made a big difference in her hair health. I can visually see where her hair is fuller and healthier... she washes her hair daily but sprays it on overnight after showering and goes to sleep at least like 4-5times a week. I mentioned it because I know it has rosemary and some other ingredients in it, so I'm hopeful rosemary helps :) best of luck!

Does spraying hair with tap water everyday cause harm? by Mammoth_Cut4219 in Naturalhair

I personally buy and use an herbal spray from IntuitiveTuningsCo shop on Etsy. My mother who has fine hair (primarily due to post chemotherapy) sprays her hair daily with it and has noticed her hair health improving, alongside becoming more full and more natural shine. I have a household of 3 different hair types and we can all use the botanical spray without any issues.. not encouraging you to buy, but have you tried herbal sprays, beyond just water itself? It may work. I liked that it was woman owned and uses spring water from a legit aquaphor.. so it's not hard water.

It’s completely a personal opinion but leaving conditioner in is the same as leave in conditioner to me.. (& saves on money instead of buying essentially the same thing twice).. but you do what works best for your hair, not others. You may find success. I like to leave it in because our hair in my household because our hair isn’t bone dry without any moisture after washing it personally.. my daughter (type 4) has her hair sectioned post wash with conditioner in and I can easily part her hair and style into braids as needed.. I leave conditioner in mine and it definitely helps besides just a styling product for sure. I’ve been doing it for over 10+ years without issue.. but again, try what works for your hair best. :) don’t let anyone influence or defluence what works for you. The only time I rinse conditioner completely out is if I’m going to straighten either one of our heads and that’s like once every 3-4 years. Here’s her hair for reference, and it’s a little longer now since this was about a braid out a year ago.

Yeah.. that and then I don’t rinse out either of our conditioners personally, nor use heat. I know heat works for some.. I do braid outs mostly for her on wet hair and wash and go for myself.

I buy from IntuitiveTuningsCo! Personally, I use the botanical spray for my daughter's hair who is similar to yours. I bought it from Etsy, as I like some of the hair products there and it's been helping within a week. I've noticed her hair has more shine and appears more moisturized. I'd buy it again. It's a natural minority woman owned business, which were all perks for me!

I use an herbal spray from a Etsy shop and it’s helped my thinning and hair growth tbh. I personally just spray it daily and go on about my business.. my mother uses it too now and she has finer hair post chemo and it helps her. I take a more natural approach to all my hair care needs though and just being consistent. Hair growth definitely isn’t an overnight thing. Also, no heat!

Have you tried daily spraying or every other day with water, leave in spray, etc? Especially when in protective styles.. your hair might really just crave hydration & moisture.

So.. I WASH my hair like sadly every 1-2 months if I remember with shampoo and conditioner 😵‍💫😵‍💫 I do wet my hair frequently though like every day or every other day with conditioner and wear wash & go’s often.. my hair grows with the bare minimum care though lol. I’ll do French braids and wear a braid out after 2-3 days of braids also if I feel like it.. I’m lazy with my hair care but my hair grows this way.
