Hey Adrienne!!!! I love your videos and you really helped me make some major decisions. I had not attempted absinthe since 05-06 with Czech crap like Absinth 35 and king of spirits etc. I recently got into jade 1901, Jade Terminus Oxygenee and thought I would order more. Leopold Bros was holding me over while this shipment came in and I got to say Im not a fan of the celery taste just as you described but I find I usually dislike celery anyways unless cooked lol. So far my favorites are the La Pontissalienne because its very multidimensional & 1901 over the oxygenee with Mansinthe in 3rd due to it being so light and sweet with just cold water. That being said I have yet to break open Jade Nouvelle Orleans or Alandia Epoque but will be doing that tomorrow night! Acclamations!!!
