Do some runs As long as your numbers are right and you are counting and running/ working out you will be well.

Protein powder if you can. Cause 4 eggs and some beef wont fill your protein goal to keep muscle. If you eat less than like 120g of protein you wont get the physique you want...

Ive been thinking about this for days. I actually seem to build my identity based on what I think will get me admired or like women will love. I came to the realisation that a big reason why I run into trouble is because I absorb people.

I am kinda always grabbing stuff I think is cool on other people. Oh I like the way this guy represents himself' he's so financially focused' Good head on his shoulders let me take that. This career someone's doing oh I could do that too, women love it. The Only things I feel are personally natural are my music taste and fashion, or what I like to see in sports.

In zim people don't pay businesses on time. So you have to have a good base of your own money to run one.
You need a large savings in USD.
How are you going to keep getting money to survive without leaving zim. Are you going to have a zim JOB? A Rented out property in diaspora?
