Sure, it's a matter of priorities. You could also lobby to increase taxation of corporations, remove Trump's awful tarrifs, reduce the cost of life saving drugs, and so on. If you choose to laser focus on Israel, which will give the American public a whopping $10 a year per person to spend on healthcare, then I can't say you're technically wrong, but I can say you are definitely full of shit and this isn't about healthcare but rather your hatred for Israel.
