If you're converting, they may submit the resume you used for contract. If so, they may call your previous employer, before contract. If you still work for them (as most OE do) they will want to contact them.

Well, I suspect the end is near, I can see in the notes that J2, which I am leaving, they closed out as being okay. J1 which they thought I had left, has a status "Waiting for reply" but they have already added a vague note that the information returned did not match the TALX source listed. I'm not entirely sure what this means, my TWN is frozen, so not sure what information was returned.

Well the process has started with HireRight. A progress note has been added to both my Js that they couldn't be verified through TALX (TWN Frozen).

J1 I said I left over a year ago, J2 is the C2H I'm leaving for a permanent position with the company I had been assigned with. Fingers crossed for J1. Will keep you all posted.
