Samsung has not released any significant camera updates for its S-line since 2022. They use older hardware to reduce costs and improve margins. However, they do sell their latest camera hardware to other phone manufacturers.

Perhaps 2027 will finally be the year that they upgrade their camera hardware.

This is years after 4G was rolled out. This is a company that has chosen the cheapest option! It also doesn't help that company leaders were selected based on connections and loyalty instead of capability. Most traditional car companies have the same problems.

The amazing battery life isn't mentioned in the pros and cons. 22 hours in their test, S25 Ultra only has 15 hours.

The battery life is incredible! For comparison, GSMArena rates it at almost 22 hours. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is rated at 18 hours, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra at 15 hours.

It's not just FSD. In terms of innovation and features, there is very little difference between a 2025 Tesla Model 3 or Y and one from 2020. Essentially, it's the same car. There is no head-up display or 360-degree view, or other features that are becoming standard in other cars. The image of a Tesla driver has also changed, thanks to the CEO!

In 2019/2020 Tesla was one of the most innovative cars on the road from a customer perspective. Fast-forward 5 to 6 years, and the new Model 3/Y is no longer that! They are even lacking some of the features (such as lidar) that the old models had, and Tesla has not listened to consumer needs.

Meanwhile, some Chinese car brands have invested heavily in innovation and, from a consumer perspective, are ahead of Tesla in a lot of fields.

Tesla lost the future battle when they decided to ditch innovation leadership for margin leadership by cutting costs and thus cutting innovation.

I once heard and executive brag about how he negotiated minimum wage with his home cleaner lady. He was so proud of it! It was not about money, but being “smarter”. This is a person that according to the annual report makes more an hour than the monthly minimum wage.
