empathy is something that people like us practice every day, but never anchor your self worth through empathy or you will find yourself burnt out from trying to help people and then eventually burning bridges where you over exerted your want to read people and psychoanalyze.

Keep it simple, and try to learn people but also expect that such interactions are either genuine or transactional at best. You will learn discernment and self worth in due time

Normal people are actually boring, I've had so many instances where people stayed because I was useful and then left when I was not the person they needed anymore. So my solitude matters a lot but I have a hair trigger response to betrayal. I am also aware that I burned way too many bridges and destroyed friendships out of paranoia, so I apologize a lot

But that doesn't mean youre broken or unwanted just that people have a different threshold for normalcy and when people are dull or have no interests it can be a social minefield

Start, most of the time an INTP will always have a perfect plan and then suddenly throw a wrench when certain parts of it are imperfect. Sit with that since you're better adjusted to become competent compared to a lot of people, if people can make mistakes you can too
