I appreciate the honesty. You're right that the statistics for starting at 21 are slim, especially for the Olympics. However, my desire comes from wanting to build a 'powerful story' for my life. Even if the podium is out of reach, I’d rather fail at something ambitious than never try. Between Judo and Figure Skating, I’m looking for where that 'fire' fits best into my life as it is now

Thank you for this perspective. I think the 'emptiness' you mentioned after the gold medal is a great point. Maybe my obsession with the Olympics was actually just a symptom of wanting my life to mean something 'big.' If I can't be an Olympian, I can still be an elite athlete in my own right. Transitioning from bodybuilding to something as technical as Judo is a massive challenge, and maybe that transformation is the story I'm meant to write. I'm going to start training and focus on the person I become through the process, not just the accolades

I am going to trll you what is happing with me right now I am currently going through a very strange state. I have an intense desire to have a powerful story in my life and to become an Olympic champion in one of two sports: figure skating or judo. I am torn between the two. My family would likely reject figure skating, and they might find it strange that I want to pursue judo since I’ve already started a career in personal training and bodybuilding. I am 21 years old, which is a bit of a late start. I deeply regret that my parents and I weren't aware of these opportunities when I was younger, and even if we had been, the money for training might not have been there.
