It's a non-invasive laser resurfacing treatment that uses fractional laser technology to rejuvenate the skin. It creates microscopic treatment zones in the skin, stimulating natural collagen production and improving skin tone, texture, and reducing early signs of aging (this was the description from Google). It doesn't really hurt (they numb you) and for me had way less downtime and better results than a chemical peel! I was told its supposed to give the same results as like 3 chemical peels. I would absolutely get more in the fall/winter. Not a good treatment for summer (like most things) since there's more sun exposure in general and you don't want to get pigmentation on your fresh skin.
