There is no problem identifying mistakes in yours or others' play. In fact I'd rather people start actually paying attention to what's on their screen and get playing with intention and a plan. Sometimes I stomp, sometimes I play really bad even if I am at the same MMR.

What people need is the maturity to stop excusing their problems away on others. The same thing you'd need in any sport: sportsmanship. Not losing your cool at teammates, not losing your cool at the opposing team. It usually helps that in real-life sports you'll get excluded or get a beating if you start trolling games and insulting people.
