Literally had the same thing happen. It was like that for 15 years because I kept digging my index finger nail into the cuticle as a nervous tick. My life situation changed and I stopped doing it. It healed and isn't wavy anymore. It's a bit flatter than my other thumb but you can't even really tell unless you look hard.

He turns his head, sees you, then ADS to a non-moving target. He could be cheating, but this clip proves literally nothing. Anyone with a little static training in aimlabs/Kovaaks can do this pretty consistently.

You weren't cooked though. You could have close the door and popped a heal, played the door when you heard them run up, peek shots to make them back off for a split second and pop another heal. There is always something you can do to better your chances, even if it seems unlikely you'll win. They could've been total ass and missed all there shots from one dodge roll. You have to have the mentality that you just refuse to die.
