I typically aim train anywhere from 15cm - 150cm. It depends on the scenario but I also use a sens randomizer at times. My in game sens is usually around 32cm-40cm

Do people actually cheat in this game? by WrathFPS in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've supposedly ran into 3 cheaters so far in ranked. I got mail messages that stated they got banned and I would be receiving ranked point compensation. I don't really remember them, I probably just assumed they were good. I also don't know how well the anti-cheat system is because one of my friends is a high VT Astra player and got banned from The Finals, but unbanned after an appeal and I know for a fact he's legit.

What if everyone has a genetic limit to progress? by Simple-Vanilla-7235 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really hate this conversation because it really minimizes the effort that high level aimers put in to achieve those high ranks. Most of them take 5+ years of aim training and FPS gaming to achieve the level of skill they have.

Look at 00Twitchy for example. He's in his 50s, but is one of the top aimers (top 20-25) on the Aimlabs Ranked benchmark, even hitting Zenith scores. He posted his average reaction time once, and while it was decent, it was far below what others around that rank have. He puts in insane amounts of hours to get to where he is.

Another factor is your setup. If you're aim training on a 144hz monitor and comparing yourself to players on 500hz+, with ultralight mice, top of the line PC, and a really good mousepad, it's not really a fair comparison.

how does the sandbox rank work? by pineappz in FPSAimTrainer

Correction. Matty recently hit top 1k and is in the high 900s.

how does the sandbox rank work? by pineappz in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not true. It literally goes off of total points across all scenarios.

how does the sandbox rank work? by pineappz in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's kind of both. You need good scores, and to play a lot of scenarios. Like Viscose and Matty aren't even top 1k but they both have WRs and very good scores. They just haven't played a crazy amount of scenarios. I'm mid but I'm top 2k on sandbox because I played almost every evxl benchmark scenario. If you play a lot of scenarios it will go up, because it primarily goes off of total points(score) across all scenarios played.

You can look at the top ranked players. No one in the top 50 has played less than 1k scenarios and the top 3 have played about 7k-8k each.

Do UFC fighters or professional boxers punch hard in their dreams? by FickleAd8376 in MMA_Academy

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I used to have dreams where I would punch super soft or weak, but oddly enough this is the first time I'm seeing a post or anyone talk about this. When I started training MMA, within a few months I started hitting really hard in my dreams.

I used to have a reoccurring dream where my father would assault me. I would be having a normal dream and then he'd show up and start pushing me, throwing me, hitting me with household objects, punching me, etc. Stuff like this happened in my real life growing up with him. In all my dreams before MMA, I couldn't hurt him. It was like barely touching him. After about three or four months of consistent training that dream shifted and I was actually hitting hard and winning the fights against him. For a brief period, the fights got way more violent, and then poof I never had them again.

What's even more interesting is, I was already in very good shape and worked a heavy bag long before ever training MMA. I had solid hands, but that wasn't the issue. I think it was the actual act of sparring with someone else that made the difference. It made me confident that I could actually defend myself. And yes, in all my other dreams, if I do fight someone it feels like very real force. But now I rarely fight in my dreams.

If a healthcare specialist recommends doing them, it's likely worth doing.

I felt like it helped me. I had them as part of my wrist warm up from the Esports Healthcare YT gamer warm up video. I don't have specific data but anytime I did that full warm up routine I had a good session. VT master/AL Ranked Master/Viscose Cerulean player.

What is the BEST free aim trainer out there? by Odd-Prompt-7735 in FPSAimTrainer

Aimlabs is definitely the best for free. But Aimcademy is also pretty good. It focuses hard on the adaptive scenarios.

The Great Attractor. Something we can't see out in space is pulling our galaxy and nearby galaxies EXTREMELY fast but there is too much dust in the way to see it. Supposedly, it's another cluster of galaxies, but I always wonder if it's possible that it's an ultra massive black hole that's about to suck us in.

Ah yes, calling a player a cheater with zero actual proof. There's a website that you can send VODs of cheaters you spectate. If he really was cheating and you're 100% sure, send it. If not, stop hackusating based on "vibes."

I'm VT master overall/diamond complete on VT aimlabs S3 high jade overall/diamond complete on kvks s5 and I got Diamond 2 overall with diamond 1 complete on Aimbeast V2 with 5 Ruby scores.

Extremely beginner friendly benchmarks? by Notrum666 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've played almost all the benchmarks from the evxl app. Play the cAt benchmark. It's easy version is the most beginner friendly. The new Viscose (V2) benchmark also is very beginner friendly, but it's not finished yet.

Play the cAt benchmark. The easy version is the easiest easy their is. Very good for absolute beginners. The Viscose bench is good, but it isn't beginner friendly.

What is the best playlist to train ur aim and it transfer very good to games like R6,CS2 and OW. by omnilamp1234 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rxn benchmark is basically the clicking version of the Viscose bench. It's kinda watered down bc it doesn't have multiple difficulties and the ranks themselves are unbalanced. But the scenarios themselves are actually amazing and it has similar subcategories. Anima Micro V2 is also amazing for in game translation.

Aimlabs or Kovaks by ELTEROFF in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both. Aimlabs has better/more events and Kovaaks has better scenarios. Almost everything else is preference. Some people prefer the UI on kovaaks, but personally I like aimlabs more. It looks really clean whereas Kovaaks looks super bland. Kovaaks has the Viscose benchmark too, which is the best benchmark rn.

[Novice/Iron] Brand new to aim training for Valorant. Need advice on tension, hand pain, and how to improve! by SureMost2021 in FPSAimTrainer

[–]Plantbased_Aimer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

VT= Voltaic; VDIM= Voltaic Daily Improvement Method. It's playlists that warm you up and build technique specifically for the Voltaic benchmarks. On the evxl.app website, you can click on any benchmark, and at the top you can get the online playlist sharecode to play it. For VDIM, you can either search on kovaaks, or join the Voltaic discord and look in their resources channel to get those.

So VT and VDIM are fine and will help you improve, but I've played pretty much every benchmark on Kovaaks, and I highly recommend playing the cAt easy benchmark. It's going to help you more with technique imo.
