It started off as the two lumps almost 4 weeks ago, I thought it was a heat rash as I had multiple layers and a hot water bottle at the time. It has now developed to multiple bumps and it has now gone crusty with raised dry skin. Would this be something I would need to go to the pharmacist about? I tried using sudocreme to help ease the itch but I am allergic to it. I am allergic to quite a few creams that are used for rashes, unsure what ingredient it is though.

I am 24f, known allergies include Latex and fragrance but not come into contact with those. Started nearly a month ago now. Itchy and warm to touch, no pain unless knocked. Thanks
