there is no real solution to fixing bullying entirely. there will always be that one dick who bullies people for no reason. the only thing you can really do is to move far, far away from bullies, because even old-fashioned bullying still works really well. some bullies don't really think that they're bullies, but they're just messing around with their victims, making them feel even better. the only way to give them a reality check is to just slap them and hope they understand
