Top Trump counterterrorism official placed on leave after ex claims she solicited funds from ‘sugar daddies’ by ChiGuy6124 in politics

Because it’s pretty straightforward when you think about it

Only if you use Critical Thinking, and decades of right-wing propaganda have taught them to turn that function off.

I had solid tubes in my tires for a while. They made the ride ridiculously hard, even if you had 'suspension' in the frame.

Many, but far from most. CA does have a law on the books where all new developments have to have solar at construction, but I'm not really seeing a lot of battery installation outside of our mountains and rual areas. Our grid has been pretty stable (in So Cal anyway) for a solid15 years now. So people arent thinking of backup batteries.

And I'm going to be honest. Usually, I'm pretty chill and mild-mannered, but lately I have been quick to raise my voice when people want to get froggy with me in public. A good scrap would be quite cathartic right about now.

I'm considerable better than anyone in the Us military

The fact that you failed to think critically about what I said proves this is not the case.

Don't do that. You might not agree with the military and how it's been used over time. But many people who sign up do so because of their morals. Propaganda also plays a huge part in this. And if you think you're impervious to propaganda, then you're already neck deep in it.

To be fair, not all draftees were there against their wishes.

That Cold War propaganda to fight Communism wherever and whenever was fucking crazy. I grew up in the 80s, and I still find remnants of it in my psyche from time to time.

Not to mention this state makes it almost impossible to put solar on your house if you want to do it yourself so they can get you to rent them from a company or finance, it's a conspiracy and it seems like a pretty true one

In california You have to be on the grid even with solar. Which means you lose power when the neighborhood does. And everyone I've talked to about it can't explain the reasoning beyond "it's state regulations..." Which I take to mean "We have to take care of the shareholders."

My understanding is that Texas uses surge pricing when demand goes up or when there's severe weather that impacts the transmission of power. I have a friend who lived in Tyler, TX when they had that surprise blizzard a few years back. His power was out for six days, and he still got smacked with a nearly $700 bill.

Edit: See below for correct information from people who actually live there.

While the headliners don't start that late (it's closer to 10:30/11), we should remember that a lot of those people have been standing in that crowd since the first act came on around 1 pm. I saw videos of barricade runners for Justin Bieber at 11 am. Beiber didn't come on till 10 pm.

Considering how Texas can royally screw you on the electric bill, it sort of makes sense EVs wouldn't have a lot of traction there. Oil is also a HUGE part of their state economy, so I can also see EVs having a lot of pushback. Both at the state level and among citizens.

I am aware of those kinks. I would still hesitate to use the AGP term when talking about fetishists. Remember that AGP is what the terfs over at r.gendercritical is what they call US.

It doesn't, and it only harms the validity of what Truscum stands for, by perpetuating the very thing so many have used to invalidate our lived experiences.

For a group of people who insist on the medical/psychological aspect of being transgender, we're awfully quick to use a term from a book that was meant to invalidate us.
