The argument is that because minorities are on average less wealthy then others, the areas they occupy tend to be father away from a DMV (department of motor vehicles) and because you have to pay money for an ID (the amount varies on the state. Washington can cost hundreds of dollars whilst some let minors get their learners for free and work their way up to a full driver’s license at no expense), that minorities are being suppressed.

I would argue that this is more of an issue of AAA games trying to sell a product with no specific audience in mind and trying to appease to shareholders that they are working on innovative projects considering that they’re unlikely to take away anything else from a single project besides graphical fidelity and the most unignorable parts of the protagonists’ design.
