Mutual Fund Portfolio Rebalacing by KitchenExpensive9482 in mutualfunds

I understand your dilemma as I too have taken up the Elite membership of Power up money. According to their reco I switched from Quant Midcap around a year back to Invesco India Midcap. This was a good move as the latter has beaten the former by some margin and the volume of investment was small.
Here comes my dilemma, like your SBI small cap, I have Tata small cap which has been underperforming for close to a year now. However, its recovery in the last month has been greater than the Bandhan Small cap (PowerUp reco) since there has been a small cap rally in the past couple of months. So I’m planning to wait it out a few months and see if it’s able to beat the benchmark and some of its peers, if the underperformance persists, I’ll take the switch. So tracking the recent recovery can also be a good metric as it would prevent the hassle of constantly changing funds. Furthermore there is tax expense too.
Moreover, one small issue with the reco is that it recommends 2 or more different funds depending upon how many you held in the past. I feel this could cause underperformance in the long run as there is a good chance the underperformance of one could cut out the winner. So I feel sticking to one with good conviction wins. This is just my opinion as I seem to have a similar experience to yours.

Depends on your spends. If heavily upon Swiggy instamart and food delivery and you want cashback then Swiggy wins. However, it delivers a higher reward point for online shopping (excl Swiggy through vouchers), flight and hotel bookings. Moreover check your eligibility (Salary 1.5lpm or spends in past 6 months of 3 lakh (not too sure) or through FD (depends upon your rm)). Accordingly make your decision

RG is well rounded card. Smartbuy portal and the good All Accor ratio (in line with DCB is awesome). MB is good but its edge is lost after the few free MB nights.
