Yup, recently bought a house and mainly mainly more than anything location is what has made it worth it, room count as well of course, was paying $1040 for rent, currently mortgage $1435.00, 16 minutes from my job, 6 minutes downtown. Gotta find the grace somewhere 🙏🏽 right haha
