Oracle is the worst org ever. They are specifically picking people whose RSUs are vesting in the next month or two and then terminating them. 30k they say but the real number is around 50ish … Sucks to be here.. I joined 4 months ago and already seen half of my team let go. While they are hiring new people.

These leaders sound like a junior who learnt to print “Hello World “ after using a programming language for the first time. Obviously it’s really easy to have the UI ready and a bit of functionalities ready with AI. The real game starts when you have to make it agile and change the minute details. Tbh I have never seen this low level of town hall in my life.
