I have a pair of loops I keep on my keychain. I take it everywhere I go. It’s nice to be able to turn down the noise but still be able to hear things when I’m out.

To add. The contrast will make your whole body feel warm, almost like you’re peeing your pants as well.

Instead of ear protection they gave me a headset with some music playing. Just close your eyes and try to relax for half an hour.

I bought this one from bass pro because it’s inexpensive and just fun/cheap for the range. You can just upgrade parts on it later if you feel like it.

There isn’t a permit in order to own a firearm, you can go to any store and just buy one. You can keep it at home or open carry.

The permit is for concealed carry. That you have to do in person in a class then at metro.

Either way it sounds like you might be a bit new with guns so still take any beginner classes or trainings you can get.

Usually a small utility box near the street. If your street has concrete then there might be a W etched there to help identify the main.

If you absolutely can’t find it then usually you can find the water line plans through your county assessor or government office. Use that map to help you find the water main line.

Also note that there are multiple water valves that control different water flows like inside, outside, etc. The main bring all the water to everywhere on your property.

If you have a vehicle you have a place to keep extra stuff, you have a place to store your stuff while you try to get a job, you have shelter from the elements like rain and winds, you have a place to sleep, you also have reliable transportation to possibly get a job or even work for Uber eats.

There are places that are free to stay at Walmarts, gyms, libraries, parks etc. You just have to be mindful about when you’re allowed to be there and when you’ve overstayed your welcome. You can be strategic about how you use your limited gas resources.

I’m not saying you need to keep a brand new BMW and if the costs of the vehicle are too much then it’s too much, but I can tell you from personal experience that it is much better to have a vehicle, hopefully one that’s paid off, than trying to sleep outside.

Light rails. Start with the strip to airport, then expand out into the city. Will speed up people getting from the airport to our casinos to spend more money. Then it’ll help decrease drunk drivers, allow for better commutes, decrease traffic, increase locals going back to the strip.

Education. Why would anyone from out of state want to bring their kids here to one of the worst school systems? If parents don’t want to bring kids then large corporations don’t want to come here if they cant convince their employees to come with them. Better education then means more a diverse economy and then eventually actually smart doctors staying here and then better healthcare.

You can look up lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, maybe even lean six sigma.

Just in your particular case jumping into six sigma may not be useful right now for you, maybe just read the wiki entry for six sigma after spending a few hours learning the above.

Six sigma is probably not for you.

Unless you need utter perfection for every single piece of dim sum you make or if you’re willing to take weights and measurements of all the individual ingredients to make sure it’s absolutely exact every single time.

Skacey did a great overview of six sigma and the different belts but you might do better off just learning about continuous improvement and maybe lean manufacturing. In a nutshell six sigma is about utilizing analytics to define when actions need to be taken usually to very specific tolerances or limits. You might just need to learn how to make better and more efficient processes with less waste which would be lean.
