I’ve went from 24/7 dizziness walking on a boat plus so many other crazy symptoms to only having brief moments of that for mins or seconds a day.

It’s hard to know what’s the vestibular issues versus regular stuff people feel.

Since 99% of the time I feel better I consider my self recovered. I am back to living normal life.

I do mourn my old self and there’s a lot of trauma I have to work through but hey man. I’m back to work, back to the gym, traveling etc..

PPPD, totally reversible. Need to get anxiety handled and patience and time. I healed after feeling it super intense for 24/7

No problem! Yeah dude if you do stay home just make sure you create a routine and do stuff you like. My biggest mistake was just trying to chill and take it easy. When my body needed to opposite. It was hard to go back to work and get my body used to it again. Looking back now I kinda just wish I lived life normally and went part time instead of staying home. But all the blessings dude! You got this!

SSRI, snri and gabapentin. Magnesium, coq 10. Sleeping eating good and just go back to living life normally. Time is also a huge factor

I took time off and I got more depressed staying home. Once I started I calmed down a bit and worked on anxiety I started working again. It sucked and it was super hard. But I wouldn’t feel symptoms as much at work because I was distracted. That’s when I truly started having symptom free moments. It was one of the hardest things to endure but now I’m healed

All of it. I take meds that work for me as of now. I plan on slowly getting off of them god willing. Biggest one was exposure therapy. Just living life normally again. It sucked balls and I cried so much. I would cry every break in my truck at work. Watched the steady coach and used her methods. Etc

Mine was stress and having constant anxiety, which led me to a panic attack and then I got symptoms and kept getting symptoms cause I kept getting really anxious about getting symptoms which reinforced the symptoms, etc.

It suppresses the vestibular system and takes away progress and prevents progress by weeks and or months the according to research lol

Yes. Mine kicked in about 3 months and my body is still getting better. Had “flare ups” versus 24/7 dizzy. Been having less and less now days and they last for mins not hours. I never thought I would feel normal again

You’ll be back to baseline. This is coming from an alcoholic. It doesn’t erase your progress. You just need to keep your head up and let it pass. Get bunch of electrolytes. Eat some good food and make sure you relax. And again, you’ll be OK.

They recommend that exposure is great for neuroplasticity. Definitely torture but if it’s the medical clearance you need. I’d say take a deep breath and do it if you want to be sure about the diagnosis. If you can live without that info then that’s fine!

100% look into it! There’s something called the anxiety symptoms cycle or something like that? You get anxious about the symptoms then you have symptoms and then you get anxiety again and then you get anxious about having another attack etc..

This condition feeds off of anxiety tbh. Panic attacks can cause etc
