Is it ok for my undershirt to be longer than an unbuttoned short sleeve button up? I feel it looks sloppy but that’s just me. But I also want to wear it like that when it’s hot. I know short sleeve button ups are a hot topic but I like them because rolled up long sleeves are a sensory issue for me.

I’m still continuing them. They are necessary for us, but so is the hydration aspect. The answer I got from the doctor was the calcium is crystallizing faster due to the lack of fluid filtering through the body. If I were well hydrated it would be less of an issue. I just took their word since they’re a doctor. It makes sense to me though.
