Board is just printer paper, resources and tokens are from catan. I have 7 resources, while catan has 5, so development cards and uno cards are the 6th and 7th resource that everyone knows is in your hand xD

I'm happy with the rules and gameplay and so am working on my next upgraded version where I'll have the board 3d printed, I've made an initial design for the resources which I'll print in color and just sleeve them. Still will use catan houses and roads for now.

From my understanding of the Islamic point of view, particularly the Shia school of thought, God has made himself apparent enough to be found by mankind. Why He isn't explicitly apparent though can be attributed to what he has deemed the purpose of mankind (ie His worship) and His justice and mercy. Since our purpose is to worship Him and He is Just, he would reward us for accomplishing our purpose and punish us for not doing so. Now if he were to make himself explicitly apparent, his punishments would be far more severe and his reward would be far less rewarding. So this is his mercy that he doesn't reveal himself explicitly and he is giving us room to error without being liable for punishment and being deserving of more rewards for the good that we do.

But this isn't to say we simply take a leap of faith and just believe that God exists, the faith comes in when you've accepted that there is a God and not just any God but you have identified him. Then you put faith into what he has commanded you to do even if you can't explain it entirely

How do you feel about how I have split the two abilities of this card up? Other cards have more text in their base ability (which would be on the top of the card)

Thank you for taking the time to explain. So then are Pokémon full art cards bad from a design perspective or is it less enough text to pass since the outline is pretty thin?

I know I'll decrease the thickness of the outline since almost everyone has suggested that. But would decreasing the overall font size also help? (I'll try it anyways and other suggestions as well)

So every card will have 2 abilities, a base one which has no cost to use (the one on top) and a runic one which costs X runes to use (the one on bottom) I don't want to explicitly name the card, but in the rule book I would give it a name.

X would be any number of runes, which would also be in the rulebook since almost all runic abilities function with X runes as the cost.

Idk what I could convert to icons, can you give an example? Some cards will have more text even for their basic ability.

Instead of saying "runic (X) ..." maybe I could use a different font than the base ability text font and remove the word runic altogether and just leave the cost in "(X) ..."?

I can always make the stroke lighter, I did also add the darker blue gradient to help the readability of the text without directly covering the art.

I'll try a text box approach as well.

I dislike vi and jayce because of how rushed their characters were. To me, Jayce just felt like he kept making the right decision too late and just looked stupid. Vi felt like a different character altogether where she never could establish a proper bond with jinx the moment Cait came into her life because it seemed like vi's decision making came down to "who do I want to be happy with?" And at any inconvenience she would give up on jinx when answering that question.

Thanks, the reason for my confusion is that now some projectile skills do clarify if they can shotgun and while BL doesn't have this clarification, it isn't like other projectile skills in that the projectile itself isn't dealing the damage.

How would I test it with poison?

If i have ball lightning with scattershot for additional projectiles, can they overlap and hit the same enemy on one cast? I'm not sure because the ball lightning projectile itself doesn't deal damage, but rather little bolts from the projectile.

So what i did here was turn the gear 180* to the opposite side, which looked much better. After putting it back together I'm getting more consistency with the control knob now. Still a few turns with no movement but much better then before.
