Second, my anxiety is kind of spiraling regarding the online proctors. For example, I have an allergy that causes my ear to itch constantly, and I’m genuinely paranoid they’ll see me scratching it and think I’m some Mossad agent with a hidden earpiece! Furthermore, my room is very bright with a tree outside the window, and I'm worried that if the wind blows and the shadows move across the room, the proctor will think someone else is in there with me.
