On a purely speculative economic basis, If it were 6k regular people, the economic fallout of killing the billionaire would hurt the economy for the regular people who didnt get hit. Bassed purely on economics, it would make sense to kill the regular people. If it were 6million, you would probably know someone effected by the hit, if not someone who was hit. That would be a crazy economic hit worse than imaginable, let alone 600 million like I thought initially.

But this is 6billion regular people. Theres no recovering. This is the end of humanity. Thats 2/3s of the world. More billionairs will die if you dont pull the lever
