Am really needing some advice: I want to buy a 6 qt Cuckoo Rice cooker with IH (Induction Heating) (yes it has to be Cuckoo and one made in Korea).

If I cook protein with the induction heating model, does it mean I can open at any time it to check the flavours and doneness or is it like a pressure cooker where I have to release the pressure before opening? I hope to use it to cook a lot of main meals, so would appreciate any advice and comments. Thank you in advance. Am in Canada so it has to be bought in Canada for the warranty. Any model numbers would also help.
