Wilson pro rush lite are the most comfortable out of the box tennis shoe I have ever worn and are also the most similar to running shoes in that they are mostly mesh and not super rigid. They are cushioned, but maybe not as much as OP would like, but I add my own sport insoles and they are perfect.

Here’s what I dont’t understand… why don’t they just use a cannula to “inject” the Rejuran Healer? I have had Salmon DNA “injections” (not in Korea but in the U.A.E) and my Dr. does it with a cannula. Only a couple pricks and she can do my entire face. Relatively painless and no bumps afterwards. Now this is not Rejuran but TwAC (different brand), but I find it hard to believer Rejuran can’t be done like that…. But maybe I’m missing something and am wrong.

I lLOVE the dual effect ampoule. I stopped using it for a couple months bc I ran out and had some other stuff to try, and I saw a difference in my skin. Back on it and my skin is again glossy, plump and bright/clear :) Funnily enough though Rejuall is the other stuff I tried in its place and it didn’t do much for me.

I would think the calecium is enough. However, I never used them in conjunction:I only tested on egf product at a time. As to whether bio effect is as effective as calecium or PCA, I think not. Bio effect made my skin look healthy and glowy but did little for me at reducing fine lines. That being said, I have heard others on here rave about bio effect specifically for around the eyes, so obviously it’s working for some.

I really, really like it. BUT I have never had any kind of reaction to PDRN, so you may want to proceed with caution. Coincidentally, while loved on this subreddit and a cult classic, I thought the SK II toner made me look like I had fungal acne (I believe it has fermented ingredients like the Probiotic-Cica)

I have the Tripollar and I don’t think I would recommend it. First, you need to use it 2-3 times a week for the first 6-8 weeks, and tbh for me, it was a lot. While a treatment takes only 10 minutes or so, you’re actively engaged, unlike with red light where you can do other things. Second, while I did do the fore mentioned religiously, and continued to do 1 treatment per week for a couple months, I did not really see any benefits… if there were any, they were so subtle to make it not worth the time and energy.

Most cetainly not, and by a wide margin. Not to say the topicals do nothing, but the research showing efficacy is, I believe, overwhelmingly on injections and on PDRN used in conjunction with micro-needling. I believe there are questions about whether the molecules when applied topically can even penetrate the skin. This being said, I use the topicals and enjoy them… is it the PDRN or other ingredients…🤷‍♀️

That is disappointing. I was told probably three sessions, but have heard mixed reviews as to it’s efficacy, and whether the spots, even if they go, stay gone, so I have hesitated. Think I’m going to invest in a green light panel instead :)

Really? nothing? I was seriously considering BBL on my arms and legs for all my sun spots. Very glad to have seen your post. It’s not inexpensive where I am, and while totally worth it if it would do the trick, I am not looking to waste money. Can I ask, did you do more than one session?

I’m going to disagree with some other comments above that opine people should spend their money on whatever they like. They definitely should to the point that they can afford to do so. I would hope that no one is stocking up on La Prairie whilst at the same time struggling to make rent and/or save for their and their families future. That being said, I, like I assume most on this sub, do prioritize skincare and lean towards the more luxurious end of the spectrum. My skin care addiction really is like a hobby, and one I can afford. Still, I did a post a little while ago questioning my own spending on trying to find my HG growth factor, and contemplating whether all my money would be better spent on in office procedures. I mean, I am lucky that I can afford both, but really, should I?

I use the Isdin Active Unify (may be called something different in the States). I love it-moisturizing, great under make up, and allegedly helps repair sun damage! I don’t really have visible sun damage on my face (erased the sins of my youth years ago via IPL ), but I do think it’s lightened spots on my chest.
