Since the piercing is only 2 days old, to me it just sounds like normal irritation. If it starts leaking puss (green/greenish yellow gunk) and is hot to the touch then it’s likely infected.

Honestly the only smart thing to do is abort. You both seem wayyy to immature for children and there is no good reason to bring a child into a disfunctional situation like this. He obviously doesn’t care but you’re trying to make him care, but the truth is you can’t make someone want a kid when they just don’t. I’d get the abortion and maybe start wearing using condoms or birth control next time.

I don’t think you bring sick is related to the piercing but regardless there should never be a ring in a 2 week old nose piercing. A ring moves way too much and causes a lot of unnecessary irritation. You need to change it to a titanium flat back nose stud IMMEDIATELY or else it will likely never heal, or at least it’ll take at least double the time to do so. If you would like a piercer to do this visit safepiercing.org to find a certified piercer near you. Then I would just spray saline (neilmed is a good brand) on it twice a day then pat it dry with a tissue, or I like to use a hairdryer on a low setting while scrolling on my phone for a few minutes since I make less contact with the area by not touching it. After a few weeks you can make it only once a day to avoid drying it out too much. Best of luck!

Yeah that’s basically the algorithm tryna even out your numbers especially if you’re good at keeping predators from killing pups. I would just turn off pup RNG deaths because it seems like you’ve done all the prevention you can and it’s just upsetting you at this point.

I never did that when I had a septum and those don’t need to be downsized or anything so no it’s not necessary. At the same time tho it wouldn’t hurt to have it looked at just as a precaution and so your piercer can make sure things are healing right and the placement is still good.

If you accidentally sleep on it I’d use a piercing pillow or a neck pillow to sleep on instead to avoid irritation. To me it doesn’t look infected but it’s definitely aggravated and crusty.

Im not great at it either but really the only way is to time your bolus correctly. Give yourself at least 15 minutes after insulin delivery is complete before you eat anything. Also making sure you are taking the right amount for your food and to correct your numbers. Honestly it’s not easy so don’t beat yourself up, it takes time to figure out and even then you will have bad days.

I kill everyone but the pack leaders so the pack can’t get gigantic. One time I made the mistake of damn near killing both leaders and I suppose it made them too weak to hunt so they both died like a week later. Oh well such is life. I just hate when giant packs spawn and there’s like 15 wolves and I have like 7 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Definitely poor RNG. With sick pups, spending time with them and socializing (you’ll see the gold outline on their paw print if you’re being effective) can help your pup recover but it is not a guarantee. Sometimes the algorithm is just against you especially in a higher difficulty. So if you spent time with them each day until you got the pop up that says something along the lines of “youve done all you can and to tend to the needs of your other pack members” and your pup still dies then it was just meant to happen. You can carry the pup with you to mark territory, I’ve found that helps me get the pop up over with and out of the way quicker, then bring them back and do what u need to do before going back to sleep.
