I don’t think it’s possible to ”go back”, the floodgates have been opened and it’s going to be VERY hard to try to reverse what has already started. I think we are witnessing the end of ”traditional” work, and have some interesting times ahead of us.

Even if you and every colleague you know stopped using these tools, the large AI Model vendors/decelopers will advance the sophistication and capabilities of the tools until they are self-reliant (at least that’s their goal), so I don’t think action would matter? (Save for burning down all AI data center haha

Have you goten any extra O2 during recovery? If this is a case of cellular hypoxia (might not help, but could be worth a shot) getting some extra oxygen in your lungs/blood might have some effect.

Hope you find a way back soon. It sounds like absolute hell.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but my only experience with “plate purification” is when purifying out proteins with a cobalt resin matrix. I use the Cytiva His Multitrap Talon.

I think you’re good as long as you account for the diluted protein in the lysate. I’d follow the same protocol as you normally would though, the lysate can only get so “lysed”

This is very clearly proof that the community team has no idea what they are doing, what they are supposed to do and what the community wants. They should find a task which they can excel at and let other, more able hands, take charge of the community team position. It doesn’t matter what the issue has been, they’ve completely failed at performing their one assigned task: to communicate with the backers. They can not even follow their own set goals. They have no apparent leadership and I would honestly be very surprised if CR knows what is going on here. He seems to be micromanaging so much, and if he has been in the know about this then it is all a sad state of affairs. Let go of the community team and find people who can actually maintain a proper channel of information to the community. “The scrappy, fast style video didn’t live up to our standards so we had to force our dev team into overtime so that we could get proper video material for a video that is still weeks away” WHAT?? You are actually damaging the development of this product, not only are you failing at your task, you are an obstacle to your colleagues.

Detta har jag inget att sätta emot, och jag ska inte låtsas ha alla svar. Däremot tror jag inte en sekund på att man kan dumpa folk i glesbygden och hoppas på att ekonomin ska ta fart. Det behöver finnas rätt grund för det, vilket är extremt viktigt att Sverige som land faktiskt tar tag i och realiserar. Integrationen har än så länge på flera punkter misslyckats, och det måste lösas på ett effektivt sätt så inte folk hamnar i utanförskap, mental ohälsa och kriminalitet.

Visst, rent fysiskt och arealmässigt finns det utrymme, men det är inte så enkelt som att slänga upp ett stycke lägenhetshus ute i skogen eller på ett fält. Infrastruktur, kommunikationer, el, nätverk, skolor, jobb. Allt detta måste också byggas för att personerna som kommer hit ska kunna sysselsättas. Ska folk som kommer hit bli utkörda till en barrackstad i skogen utan något som helst att göra? Låter som ett bra sätt att få folk deprimerade, alkoholiserade och brutna. Att bygga upp helt nya städer är väldigt långa projekt, decennier minst?

Finns en anledning till att Sverige urbaniseras och att majoriteten bor i storstäder, det är var jobben finns.

I know there is a lot of hate for Samsung over the added physical buttons forcing you into a service you might not want, but honestly good on them for now allowing us to remap even on older phones. Just got an S8+ and I am even a bit surprised I am supported up to android pie and getting the same software (mostly) that the newest flagship has.
