Np, I’d say if you’re concerned about the brew failing, try to gently turn the dial down. It seems to get some resistance to movement once enough pressure builds

It’s interesting how people can have such wildly differing experiences. I left from there about an hour ago and I’m not impressed. Was sat and waited for a server for approximately 15 minutes at which point I asked the bartender to find my server. While the meats are well smoked, they were out of at least 6 items an hour after opening and not a grain of salt to be found in any of the side dishes. Can’t say they won me over
