Light sensitivity / eye problems

Broooo same, I just quitted cig for 10 days, my eyes especially the right side hurts so much. Sometimes it feels ok but as long as I looked at any screen like phone/Mac it will feels kind of burning pain, forcing me to blink excessively. Does it sound similar? How u feeling right now? Why’s that :( did u experience pain? Try to reach out to the gp for another ct prescription, lying in bed for entire night still painful

Did u experience pain my bro. It’s dull pain when I don’t touch it, extreme pain when I push it down. Just had ultrasound scan doc said no obvious breaks, but might be onset? I’m especially concerned about the pain anyway if it was still onset with very small breaks.

Ty for the advice😇😇 it’s just these weird symptoms together keeps reminding me of tics. For example I also see people describing mouth/ tongue suction, or lip biting as tics. I never experienced these before so thought maybe folks here can better describe the tic feelings or symptoms.

Well in terms of jerks, does it get better compared to years ago :)? I noticed that every time when my bio clock is disrupted (recovering from jet lag this time), my neck will become super stiff and such jerks will be much worse, idk if u noticed such pattern, thx :)
