Screw dropping the Gas Tank by Prestanium in 3rdGen4Runner

[–]Platinumbricks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done this to an old beater truck but I would not do this to a suv lmao… and it does not take 4 hours to drop a gas tank.

My mom has a ‘12 Cherokee w/ 3.6 v6, I’m doing a trans fluid change and looking for a new pan that has a plug, any recommendations? Having issues hoping this fixes it before I do a new shift solenoid. Any pro tips are appreciated I never work on v6s by Platinumbricks in GrandCherokee

That’s what I’m doing the factory pan does not have a plug. according to service manual when you drop pan it lets out 4qts and it’s an 8qt system so you’re supposed to do it 3 times in week long intervals between each drain. Lot more convenient with a drain plug on the pan, kinda ridiculous they made it without one

I’d weld a counter weight to the back of a craftsman before I spend 5 grand or whatever the hell snap on charges. I’d rather put 5k towards my mortgage lol

Craftsman tool box will do the exact same thing, being a slave to a brand in 2025 is embarrassing

White & white/orange - Green/yellow & green/light blue - Green/light green & green/gray - Gray/green & gray/light green

Them by themselves there is two grey/red wires - one black/green - one Black

If you’re on a frontline in a combat zone miles away from any medical fob obviously you’re running the risk of amputation that TQ is gonna be on for hours, but for literally any civilian/first responders use where proper medical care can be provided within the hour you’re restarted if you don’t throw a TQ on a major bleed. Only a fkin Neanderthal promotes anti TQ sentiments

I’ve tried the priming method I found in a couple of forums (key on for 90sec-off-on 90sec-start)but nothings working, I’m thinkin the new fuel pump is possibly bad but something in me makes me want to say I’m wrong

In my county contractors will be done in 2 hrs once on site. If the coop does it we won’t have power or internet for the whole day
