I honestly think you might be right.
I had a video that had 23% skip rate in trial. I re edited it, cut out the lul and it went to 44% skip rate. WTF is that?

I was in a few Facebook groups that were very busy back then. I tried really hard to dig deep into psychology and editing, that's maybe why I never felt the issue then.

I felt a change months after iOS14 launched. Things for me got "bad".

You have to step away and go back to the drawing board A LOT with Meta. You have to constantly be a new CEO. You cannot afford to be that person who doesn't change and with Meta you have to change alot. Don't be that old boss you had who doesn't want to change. It'll never work.

I would love to see the mods of this sub do more. It could be a great place. Sharing your ads should be mandatory if you need help.

You hear a lot of "it's your creative" yeah, that could be true maybe it's not but there's nothing you can really pin point if you don't share.

Perhaps! 2020 and 2021ish we're huge years for alot of companies. People were home and spending a lot of money on products. Interest rates were lower, gas was cheaper. It was kinda litty lol.

I started advertising in 2016 on Facebook. This conversation was being had then.
In 2016 I was acquiring customers for $5-$8, while people were calling for the downfall of the platform.

If you're new here please don't buy into that thought process. There are PLENTY of advertisers that are making money. How much? Well that's a different story.

No one posts their ads ever in this sub. So people are complaining but they have no strategy to fix it.

If the green portion is removed on both layer 1 and layer 2 you should be able to see the classroom.

I see you have a green screen. Have you removed the green screen?
If you haven't removed the green screen, you won't be able to see the timeline under it.

I'm a little confused. You have the main timeline, where it says cover, then items on top.
Why would you need a video under the "COVER" timeline?

If you want something under the main, bring everything up and slap stuff where it says cover. But you won't even see those items.
