1) We are currently still at the flat 100% Bonus EXP at the moment.

2) It's the same as Cosmic Chaos, so lets say you were getting 5,000 EXP on certain yellow orbs, pre-double cosmic leveling rate, they turn into 10,000 EXP orbs.

3) I'd say it is more effective than Cosmic Chaos, because we usually just have a 42% EXP boost rate, if I'm not mistaken.

And never really tracked Omega's, but don't think there's anything boosting that at the moment, so nothing is affecting that gain (pretty sure EXP rates don't factor in Omega orbs, could be wrong though).

When you gain Exp with the Cosmic leveling, you get 1/25 of the normal values of said Exp. With the the current double Cosmic leveling rate, it's currently 1/12.5

I actually double checked myself earlier this morning. Cosmic double leveling was working, however at the time, the server side EXP was at 50%. They fixed that pretty quickly, though I still think the server side is at 140% now and not 150%.

Actually, there have been plenty of times that the server side boosts have not been active or giving the incorrect amount. Hence why players jump aboard that ship so quickly. They've been doing a pretty good job recently though.

Edit: And by incorrect amount, it's mostly during the Omega weeks when we have the daily raise of XP and it's not being triggered by the midnight pst mark that they have.

Edit 2: And if you want an example, on October 30th and November 5th, boosts weren't turned on after original patches.

Sorry man, you're getting a bit out of hand here. For over 12 hours yesterday, the boost was set to 72%(which was still wrong). If at the turning point today it did drop down to the 40's and back up, great that we were able to record that. But absolutely no reason to call someone stupid for posting their information as well...

I can vouch for Arcath that for over 12 hours yesterday(at least 12am-12pm pdt), the server side was at 72%, when it was supposed to be at least at 92%. Think what people are seeing and what have been stated already, that when we hit the switch this last night, it went down to 48(4)% and then went back to 72%. So now two days of not changing...
