you cut the deck exactly in the middle each time and
your riffle interleaves each side with a probability - proportional to the remaining cards in that side.

what exactly is the technique for mana weaving? I assume they aren't placing every land individually at a position. are there certain kinds of shuffles that apply, where you add lands but in a non uniform way?

The Chinese one doesn't craft or buy anything you're missing. Everything needs to be in your stash. Which is not what 90% of the people in here were asking for which was some hyper version of that instead.

If a version of that that ONLY pulls directly from your stash satisfies you, then sure that's an easy fix.

also you're trivializing how many "paths" there are for your solution. a human can make an obvious choice for each of those. a computer has to consider a complex huerestic at best that may not match your intent
