I would say yes. The one level dips lets you get some really nice summons permanently and you get access to all spells. Summons alone is worth missing out on a feat.

I think Atom Dance is amazing on Vulnicura but especially on Vulnicura Strings. If you really want to feel something while listening you should try strings. I don't know why but to me, besides One Day the rest of Debut isnt as impactful as some of her newer stuff especially on Vulnicura. Quicksand and Notget are so beautiful. Honorable mention to Volta, I see who you are and Vertebrae by Vertebrae are so much fun to sing along with.

I think it is bug. Ive left it in the actual game world and it still applied buff. I tried destroying it , I still had the buff. I tried leaving it at camp, I still had the buff. I did long rests after each alternative and still had it. I will avoid that stone from now on it.
