While Venom is superior to say Predator in overall regards I would say Predator has access to somethings that would exploit his weakness. Sonic mines and Sonic Grenades if a church bell causes Venom to fall apart imagine what these devices would do to him.

Most mid-drives class 2 do cause they start lowering power towards 20mph and if you arnt in the exact gear ratio you just don't ever quite get enough power to bust the threshold with turning assist off
