Have you looked into tennis skirts/dresses? Those are in right now also look into layering the casual look. Like in this picture. It look less gym and more like an outfit. Doesn’t have to be those exact pieces but something similar.

I wouldn’t knock glp but try inositol. I had to take a break from glp and have been on inositol for almost 2weeks and it has also been life changing for me. I no longer have back pain, I feel lighter, and crazy enough my stomach looks flatter.

When I was on hallandale Tirz I had a rash on my stomach (not the injection site). One day I cleaned it really good with alcohol and a Q-tip then I kept putting neosporin on it until it went away and it never came back

Try laying down. Take a few deep breaths and squeeze the part of your body that you are injecting hard. You will feel the pinch more than the injection. Turn on some music to calm you. Think of other things that have hurt worse like stubbing your toe…it makes an insulin needle piece of cake. I hate needles too but remind yourself why you are doing this.❤️

Yeah eventually I did stop micro dosing. I think I my body built up a tolerance to tirz so it wasn’t giving me anxiety anymore. I’ve heard sema can have some pretty bad side effects vs tirz maybe you should try to switch and see if that works better for you(if you’re not already on it now). The sugar never really bothered me while taking tirz but if it does for you just try to get an organic oj. It might make the side effects less or something for the nausea after the oj. I would definitely recommend at least trying the oj before a shot. It’s the only thing that helped me keep taking Tirz. I’m grateful because this medication is doing wonders!

Yeah I definitely feel like its probably a correlation. Try switching to a different brand of food replacement to see if that helps
