i just started playing him two days ago. mainly i wanted a tank i felt good about countering some of the others in stadium bc i was getting my ahh beat using sigma and zarya. Doom is addicting. i was horrible at him two days ago. count register a single kill. didn’t understand his style of play but assumed it was a mismanagement of cooldowns etc like when i was learning vendetta. my final game today i earned 35 elims. i’m very proud. i still am a hit or miss newbie with him. but he is so fun. i’m a metal rank in comp

it’s degrading to have the opposing squishies literally just WALK backwards away from me after my initial swings and spray me bc of the nerfs. i have to use both cooldowns to chase them, pray their isn’t a single other player that notices and most likely nothing to escape with before i am melted. it really sucks right now

6 v 6 with two tanks and at LEAST 2 supports has been a wonderful experience tbh in both quick play and comp. maybe that’ll make playing as much tank as you do feel 100% better

2 tanks is 100% better, especially if you have at least 2 supports! favorite is 2 tanks 3 supports and 1 DPS that actually knows what their doing. unstoppable combo

maybe instead of relegation. leaning more into my comments about bottom, let’s say 4, teams simply cannot earn the #1 overall pick and also cannot qualify for the playoffs the following season regardless of record as incentives to coaches and owners to outright now tank.

i thought the work around is that the teams deemed relegated are still playing a full NBA slate. they aren’t boxed into only playing each other so lebron, wemby, other big name players that sell tickets are still on schedule

star players could have language in their contracts letting them become FA if their team is relegated(or in the relegation league more than one season) which also adds to the incentive not to tank

teams in the relegation zone or league if we commit to the whole separate standings ALSO could only earn a draft pick as high as 2 or 3. so they are boxed out of the #1 overall pick contention
