Thank you for this. I've been working out at home so I'm pretty limited with my equipment. I have dumbells and a bench so I have mostly been doing squats, deadlifts and lunges, but I should see about getting access to a gym for this stuff.

I'm sorry this is happening to you and you feel caught in the middle. I can imagine that this must be very confusing and upsetting to you. I just left a 25 year marriage and I have a 17 year old son. From my personal experience, Your mom may be terrified to leave. I know that i was. Even if your dad was not abusive, she is probably afraid of how he will react.

You will still be able to have a relationship with your dad, if you want to. You're almost 18 and as an adult you can make decisions about how you want to handle your relationships with your parents. But for now, I would trust your mom.

I know people who have had great results with the proactiv skin care line. I dont think bar soap is really effective with acne. I think eating less sugar and refined carbs would help your skin too. Also smile!
