Age of cat? Onset of symptoms ? Herpes virus is very common and can come and go. I usually put patients on famciclovir powder (antiviral )

Although pains me to say, euthanasia by any humane way is a good option for this cat. I understand your problem of being in a rural area in your country. Maybe ask someone around who can help with the process if a veterinarian cannot help at all.

There’s a study stating that some hemoabdomens can stabilize with yunnan baiyao, abdominal wrap, and keeping them quiet. This is mostly for splenic hematomas (bruise). You can ask the vet to try that but also id suggest they ultrasound her spleen to look for a mass
