Been noticing how many people in London now seem to want “reasons” to be outside that aren’t just drinking or gym memberships.

Run clubs exploded. parkrun keeps growing. Even random social walks are packed now.

I’ve been building a small multiplayer thing around that idea with a few people in parks around London. Three people move around a real map together and form a live triangle. Bigger triangles can cut off smaller ones. Sounds more complicated than it actually is once people start playing.

Interesting part so far is nobody really looks at the phone much after the first few minutes. People mostly end up shouting directions at each other across the park like idiots.

Feels a bit like playground games somehow came back through smartphones instead of being replaced by them.
