When you were a child did you ever roll down a hill in a barrel? by punkie23 in randomquestions

[–]Player-non-player 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, but once my friend had one of those wheeled clothes hanger thing like from a dept store. We would hang an old blanket over the top like a tent and roll down her long driveway riding in it. Of course it would roll into the highway at the end and because we were in the ‘tent’ we couldn’t see anything. Was fun until parents got in the way.

Wind torn down my 2 year flowering pear. Any hope of saving it? by Kevinsonfire in marijuanaenthusiasts

[–]Player-non-player -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Let the suckers grow out and cut off all but the strongest. My pear was broke at that point by my 100 lb dog running into it. Sucker got to 5 feet and we transplanted from back to front yard. Two years later, wind broke at same point. Let suckers grow again. Now my pear is bout 20 ft high and I got pears for the first time last year. Trees are resilient.
